Delicious! I made this for a dinner party and served it with mashed sweet potatoes and grilled asparagus. I rarely follow a recipe exactly, but this dish didn't need anything else. Perfect as it is. My guests loved it! Rave reviews from all.

Yum--this is the quintessential fall dish. The Riesling nicely cuts the richness of the cheese and sausage.
