Strawberry Pineapple Pisco

  • SERVINGS: Makes about 25 ounces

Use this infused pisco to make the Little Birdy cocktail.

  1. 5 cups chopped fresh pineapple
  2. 5 cups sliced, hulled strawberries
  3. 1 bottle (750 ml) pisco
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large jar. Cover and refrigerate for 5 days. Strain into the pisco bottle or another large jar, cover and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
