  • 5 cups sliced, hulled strawberries
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) pisco

How to make this recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large jar. Cover and refrigerate for 5 days. Strain into the pisco bottle or another large jar, cover and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
