Strawberry Pineapple Pisco
- SERVINGS: Makes about 25 ounces
- MAKE-AHEAD
- 5 cups chopped fresh pineapple
- 5 cups sliced, hulled strawberries
- 1 bottle (750 ml) pisco
- Combine all ingredients in a large jar. Cover and refrigerate for 5 days. Strain into the pisco bottle or another large jar, cover and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
