- 1 pint strawberry sorbet
- 4 medium strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 12 medium mint leaves, plus 4 small sprigs, for garnish
- In a blender, puree the sorbet, strawberries, yogurt and mint leaves until smooth, 30 seconds. Pour into glasses, garnish with the mint and serve.
