Recipe: Strawberry-Mango Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 1/2 cup diced mango
- 1/4 cup diced yellow bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon minced chives
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red-wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh chile
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve cold or at room temperature
