Ingredients

    1. 4 strawberries, 3 quartered
    2. 1/2 tarragon sprig
    3. 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
    4. Ice
    5. 2 ounces blanco tequila
    6. 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice

Directions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the quartered strawberries with the tarragon and Simple Syrup. Add ice and the tequila and lemon juice and shake well. Double strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the whole strawberry.
