- 1 1/2 cups medium-grain rice, well washed
- 2 cups water
Directions
- In a heavy medium saucepan, combine the rice and water and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to low, cover and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from the heat and let steam, covered, for 10 minutes before serving
Serve With
Rice and Tuna Sashimi Salad (Hwe topbap),Spicy Cod, Clam and Tofu Casserole (Maeun Tang),
Vegetable Bibimbop.
