Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups medium-grain rice, well washed
- 2 cups water
- In a heavy medium saucepan, combine the rice and water and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to low, cover and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from the heat and let steam, covered, for 10 minutes before serving
