- 1 1/2 ounces aged rum
- 1/2 ounce triple sec
- 3/4 ounce passion fruit nectar or juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sambuca
- Splash of chilled Sprite
- 1 organic rose petal (optional)
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the ingredients except the Sprite and rose petal and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and top with the Sprite. If desired, garnish with the rose petal.
