  2. 1 1/2 ounces aged rum
  3. 1/2 ounce triple sec
  4. 3/4 ounce passion fruit nectar or juice
  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons sambuca
  6. Splash of chilled Sprite
  7. 1 organic rose petal (optional)
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the ingredients except the Sprite and rose petal and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and top with the Sprite. If desired, garnish with the rose petal.
