Ingredients

1. 3 tablespoons aged rum
2. 1 tablespoon orange liqueur
3. 1 1/2 tablespoons passion fruit nectar or juice
4. 1/2 tablespoon Sambuca
5. Splash of Sprite
6. 1 organic rose petal, for garnish (optional)

Directions

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the rum, orange liqueur, passion fruit nectar and Sambuca, and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass, top with Sprite and garnish with the rose petal.
