Spiced Pineapple Syrup

  • TOTAL TIME: 15 MIN PLUS OVERNIGHT STEEPING
  • SERVINGS: 10 ounces
  • MAKE-AHEAD


  1. 8 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1 teaspoon whole cloves
  4. 1 teaspoon allspice
  5. 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
  6. 1 split vanilla bean
  1. Combine ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then let cool, cover and steep overnight. Strain the syrup into a jar, cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Makes about 10 ounces.
Serve With Use this infusion to make the @N8zilla cocktail.
