Spiced Melon

  • SERVINGS: makes 1 drink
  1. 10 mint leaves
  2. 3 pink peppercorns
  3. 3/4 teaspoon Champagne vinegar
  4. Ice
  5. 2 ounces Lillet blanc
  6. 1 ounce citrus vodka
  7. 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  8. 3 ounces watermelon juice
  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint and peppercorns with the vinegar. Add ice and the Lillet, vodka and Simple Syrup and shake well. Stir in the watermelon juice and double strain into a chilled coupe.
