Recipe: Spice & Ice
Ingredients
- 6 ounces blanco tequila
- 5 ounces mango puree or nectar
- 5 ounces fresh lime juice
- Finely grated zest of 1 lime
- 4 ounces Ginger-Habanero Syrup
- 4 cups ice
- 4 lime wheels, for garnish
- In a blender, combine all of the ingredients except the lime wheels and blend until smooth. Pour into chilled martini glasses and garnish with the lime wheels.
