Recipe: Spanish Sangrita
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fino sherry
- 3 tablespoons tomato juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- Pour the sherry, tomato juice, orange juice and lime juice over ice in a shaker; shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
