  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 2 garlic cloves, very finely chopped

  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 small red onion, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds, chopped
