- Ice
- 16 ounces bourbon
- 3 ounces Pedro Ximenez sherry
- 3 ounces sweet vermouth
- 16 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 8 lemon twists
- Fill a pitcher two-thirds full with ice. Add the bourbon, sherry, vermouth and bitters and stir for 30 seconds to chill. Strain into 8 chilled martini glasses; top each drink with a twist.
