Ingredients

  • 1 lime wedge
  • Granulated sugar
  • Ice
  • 2 ounces Agavero tequila liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 ounce chilled cava

How to make this recipe

  1. Moisten the outer rim of a martini glass with the lime wedge and coat lightly with sugar. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all of the remaining ingredients except the cava. Shake well, strain into the martini glass and top with the cava.
