Ingredients

    1. 1 cup ice
    2. 1 pint soy milk
    3. 1 cup fresh orange juice
    4. 3/4 cup pure maple syrup
    5. 1 very ripe banana
    6. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve at once.
