Soy Milk Smoothie

Serve this refreshing drink in tall glasses over ice. Sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired.
- 1 cup ice
- 1 pint soy milk
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 3/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 very ripe banana
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve at once.
