Soy Dipping Sauce

  1. 1/2 cup soy sauce
  2. 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  3. 2 scallions, minced
  4. 2 jalapeños, seeded and minced
  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons Asian sesame oil
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Serve at room temperature.
