- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Asian sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced scallion greens
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
- 2 red or green serrano chiles, thinly sliced into rings
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and let stand for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to develop
