Mark Silva, former sommelier at the Vegas outpost of New Orleans's legendary Commander's Palace, gathered together three iconic Southern flavors—iced tea, Southern Comfort and peaches— to create this aperitif.

Ingredients

  • Ingredients
    1. Ice
    2. 2 ounces chilled brewed black tea
    3. 1 1/2 ounces Southern Comfort
    4. 3/4 ounce Lillet Blanc
    5. 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
    6. 1 peach slice

Directions

  1. Fill a pint glass with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the peach slice; stir well. Strain into an ice-filled pilsner glass. Garnish with the peach slice.
