Commander's Palace Las Vegas
Mark Silva, former sommelier at the Vegas outpost of New Orleans's legendary Commander's Palace, gathered together three iconic Southern flavors—iced tea, Southern Comfort and peaches— to create this aperitif.
Fill a pint glass with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the peach slice; stir well. Strain into an ice-filled pilsner glass. Garnish with the peach slice.
