South Carolina Barbecue Sauce

  • SERVINGS:
  • MAKE-AHEAD
  1. Eastern Carolina Sauce
  2. 1 cup yellow mustard
  1. Make the Eastern Carolina Sauce. Stir in yellow mustard. Simmer over moderate heat for 30 minutes, until thickened slightly. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve With Carolina Pulled Pork.
