For Seattle's Crush, which serves modern American food in a century-old Tudor house, mixologist Ryan Magarian adds a dose of red wine syrup for a sweet-tart twist on the classic New York Sour.
Fill half of a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, Red Wine Syrup and lemon juice; shake well. Strain into a rocks glass. Thread the orange zest and red grape on a bamboo skewer and garnish.
