Sour Cherry Puree

  • SERVINGS: Makes about 12 ounces
  • MAKE-AHEAD

Use this fruit puree when making the Sour Cherry Fizz cocktail.

  1. One 13-ounce jar sour cherry preserves
  2. 2 ounces water
  1. In a blender, puree the sour cherry preserves with the water until smooth. Strain the puree into a jar, cover and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
