Sour Cherry Puree
- SERVINGS: Makes about 12 ounces
Use this fruit puree when making the Sour Cherry Fizz cocktail.
- One 13-ounce jar sour cherry preserves
- 2 ounces water
- In a blender, puree the sour cherry preserves with the water until smooth. Strain the puree into a jar, cover and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
