If you can't find Barolo Chinato, use the spicy sweet vermouth Punt e Mes, which is widely available in the United States.
- 1 thyme sprig, smacked, and 1 lemon wheel and 1 orange wheel skewered on a pick, for garnish
- 1 ounce chilled club soda
- 1 ounce Barolo Chinato (spicy, wine-based digestif)
- 1 ounce Campari
- Ice
- 3/4 ounce limoncello
- Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnishes and stir well. Garnish with the thyme sprig and the skewered lemon and orange wheels.
