If you can't find Barolo Chinato, use the spicy sweet vermouth Punt e Mes, which is widely available in the United States.

  1. 1 thyme sprig, smacked, and 1 lemon wheel and 1 orange wheel skewered on a pick, for garnish
  2. 1 ounce chilled club soda
  3. 1 ounce Barolo Chinato (spicy, wine-based digestif)
  4. 1 ounce Campari
  5. Ice
  6. 3/4 ounce limoncello
  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnishes and stir well. Garnish with the thyme sprig and the skewered lemon and orange wheels.
