- 2 ounces gin, preferably London dry
- 1 ounce dry vermouth
- 2 teaspoons peach liqueur
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon orgeat (almond-flavored syrup)
- 1/2 large egg white
- 3 dashes of lemon bitters or 1 lemon twist, for garnish
- In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except ice and the garnish and shake well. Add ice and shake again. Strain the drink into a chilled coupe and garnish with the bitters.
