  1. 2 ounces gin, preferably London dry
  2. 1 ounce dry vermouth
  3. 2 teaspoons peach liqueur
  4. 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  5. 1 teaspoon orgeat (almond-flavored syrup)
  6. 1/2 large egg white
  7. Ice
  8. 3 dashes of lemon bitters or 1 lemon twist, for garnish
  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except ice and the garnish and shake well. Add ice and shake again. Strain the drink into a chilled coupe and garnish with the bitters.
