Snickers Ice Cream Milk


Christina Tosi, sugar genius at NYC's Momofuku and author of The Momofuku Milk Bar Cookbook, transforms her Halloween haul into a candy milkshake.

  1. 2 1/2 ounces Snickers bars, chopped
  2. 2 cups whole milk
  3. 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  1. In a blender, combine the Snickers with the milk and puree until smooth. Add the ice cream, blend until smooth and serve.
