How to Poach Eggs in a Strainer

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 3/4 ounce Sloe gin
  • 3/4 ounce Punt e Mes (spicy sweet vermouth)
  • 1/2 ounce Frangelico
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • Dash of Fee Brothers whiskey barrel–aged bitters or Angostura bitters
  • 1 orange twist, for garnish

How to make this recipe

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the twist and shake well. Strain the drink into a chilled coupe and garnish with the orange twist.
