  1. 6 cups white rice flour
  2. 3 cups tapioca flour, preferably Shiloh Farms
  3. 1 1/2 cups potato starch
  4. 2 tablespoons xanthan gum
  5. 1 tablespoon salt
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 year.
