Bar manager Ben Kozloff sought the oldest recipes for his drinks. His Sidecar is based on the recipe from the Ritz Paris during World War I.
- SERVINGS: 1 drink
Ingredients
- Ice
- 1 1/2 ounces Cognac
- 1 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
Directions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the remaining ingredients and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
