Sesame-Soy Rub

- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Japanese mirin
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 tablespoon Asian sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- In a mini food processor, grind the sesame seeds to a coarse powder. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the soy sauce, mirin, canola oil, sesame oil, lemon juice, orange juice, orange zest and cayenne.
One Serving: 170 cal, 15 gm fat, 1.6 gm saturated fat, 8 gm carb, 1 gm fiber.
