Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons coarse salt
Directions
- Toast the sesame seeds in a medium skillet over moderate heat, stirring frequently, until fragrant and lightly browned, 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer the seeds to a plate to cool. In a spice grinder or mini processor, grind the seeds with the salt to a coarse powder.
