Crispy Baked Scallops
This dish was wonderful. The panko, butter, and herbs brought out the flavor of the scallops. I did double the panko mix, because it did not seem like enough for the scallops.I used bay scallops($5.00lb) instead of sea scallops($12.99lb). Fran Stone
