Seasonal Vodka Gimlet

  1. 2 to 3 strawberries, chopped and muddled with 1 1/2 tablespoons Simple Syrup
  2. 2 ounces vodka
  3. 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  4. Ice
  5. Thin strawberry slice, for garnish
  1. Shake and fine-strain into a martini or old-fashioned glass. Garnish with the strawberry slice.
