Seasonal Gin Martini

  1. 3/4 inch unpeeled cucumber muddled with 3 to 4 basil leaves and 1/2 tablespoon Simple Syrup
  2. 1 ounce gin
  3. 1/2 ounce sake
  4. 1/2 ounce vodka
  5. Ice
  6. Cucmber fan, for garnish
  1. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with the cucumber fan.
