Seared Scallops

Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  2. 16 sea scallops, trimmed
  3. Salt and freshly ground pepper
  1. In a large skillet, heat the oil. Season the scallops with salt and pepper and add to the pan. Cook over high heat, turning once, until cooked through, 5 minutes. Serve hot.
