Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 2 ounces blended scotch
  • 1 1/2 ounces fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce tamarind syrup
  • 3/4 ounce chilled Earl Grey tea
  • 1 lemon wedge

How to make this recipe

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the ingredients except the lemon wedge and shake well. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and top with a squeeze of lemon.
