- 2 ounces blended scotch
- 1 1/2 ounces fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce tamarind syrup
- 3/4 ounce chilled Earl Grey tea
- 1 lemon wedge
How to make this recipe
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the ingredients except the lemon wedge and shake well. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and top with a squeeze of lemon.
