Scallion Dipping Sauce

  1. 6 large scallions, finely chopped
  2. 2 tablespoons finely grated fresh ginger
  3. 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  4. 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  1. In a medium heatproof bowl, combine the scallions with the ginger and salt. In a small saucepan, heat the vegetable oil until shimmering. Pour the hot oil over the scallions and stir to combine. Serve.
