- 1/2 ounce pastis
- 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
- 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
- 4 dashes of Peychaud's bitters
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 1 lemon twist
How to make this recipe
- Rinse a chilled rocks glass with the pastis. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the lemon twist and shake well. Strain into the rocks glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
