Sautéed Watercress

  1. 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  2. 2 large bunches of watercress, large stems trimmed
  3. Salt and freshly ground pepper
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a medium skillet. Add the watercress and stir constantly until wilted, about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
