Delicious, Quick Side Dishes
1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 large bunches of watercress, large stems trimmed
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Heat the vegetable oil in a medium skillet. Add the watercress and stir constantly until wilted, about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
