Recipe: Sautéed Watercress

Ingredients
- 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 large bunches of watercress, large stems trimmed
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Heat the vegetable oil in a medium skillet. Add the watercress and stir constantly until wilted, about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
