Combining cava with figgy, nutty East India sherry and a touch of cinnamon syrup, Bridget Albert’s robust Sangria Cosecha (Harvest Sangria) is a terrific cold-weather cocktail. To lighten it, just add more sparkling wine.
- Fill a chilled wineglass with ice. Add the sparkling wine, sherry and Cinnamon Syrup and stir well. Garnish with the orange, lemon and lime wheels and the golden raisins.
