Sangria Cosecha

Combining cava with figgy, nutty East India sherry and a touch of cinnamon syrup, Bridget Albert’s robust Sangria Cosecha (Harvest Sangria) is a terrific cold-weather cocktail. To lighten it, just add more sparkling wine.

  • Servings: Makes 1 Drink

  • Ice
  • 4 ounces chilled sparkling white wine, preferably cava
  • 2 ounces East India sherry, preferably Lustau Solera
  • 1/4 ounce Cinnamon Syrup
  • 1 orange wheel, 1 lemon wheel, 1 lime wheel and 1/2 teaspoon golden raisins, for garnish

How to make this recipe

  1. Fill a chilled wineglass with ice. Add the sparkling wine, sherry and Cinnamon Syrup and stir well. Garnish with the orange, lemon and lime wheels and the golden raisins.
