No. 9 Park Boston
The bar team at No. 9 Park created this cocktail to promote the "Americans in Paris" exhibit at Boston's Museum of Fine Arts in 2006. The drink is a variation on the Monkey Gland, a classic cocktail made with Pernod: a perfect symbol of Paris.
