San Moritz Martini

  1. 1 cup crushed ice
  2. 3 ounces black currant vodka
  3. 1 ounce Champagne
  4. Clear crème de menthe
  5. Pomegranate seeds for garnish
  1. Combine ice and black currant vodka in a cocktail shaker; shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled glass. Add 1 ounce Champagne and a splash of clear crème de menthe, garnish with pomegranate seeds and serve.
