The coolest thing about this recipe is its flexibility. The cheesecake can be used with other toppings. It caught my eye because the fleur de sel has been sitting unused for so long. Yum!

Always a quick and easy favorite.  Make sure you add the salt at the end, it's good without it, but spectacular with it.

Delicious!  I live in France where corn syrup is unavailable, so made the caramel wihtout it.
