Step

In a heatproof measuring cup, combine the water, tea leaves, saffron and cloves. Let steep for 8 minutes. Stir in the honey until dissolved. Strain and let cool. Pour the drink into a chilled, ice-filled collins glass and garnish with the lemon wedge.
