- Ice
- 2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce chilled apple juice
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1 thyme sprig,
- 3 cranberries skewered on a pick
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, apple and lemon juices and Simple Syrup. Shake well; strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with the thyme and cranberries.
