In a pitcher, combine the House Fruit Cup and lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours. Stir and pour into 8 ice-filled pilsner glasses. Stir 1 ounce ginger beer and 3 ounces sparkling wine into each drink and garnish with a basil sprig, orange twist and cucumber spear.
