Rosemary's Club

In her vodka-fortified twist on a vintage gin drink called the Clover Club, Kathy Casey replaces the raspberry syrup with fresh raspberries and simple syrup and adds fragrant muddled rosemary.
- 1 small rosemary sprig
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 ounce gin
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1 large egg white
- 5 raspberries, plus 3 raspberries skewered on a pick for garnish
- Ice
- In a cocktail shaker, lightly muddle the rosemary. Add the vodka, gin, lemon juice, Simple Syrup, egg white and the 5 raspberries; shake well. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the skewered berries.
