Ingredients

  • 1 small rosemary sprig
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 1 ounce gin
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 large egg white
  • 5 raspberries, plus 3 raspberries skewered on a pick for garnish
  • Ice

How to make this recipe

  1. In a cocktail shaker, lightly muddle the rosemary. Add the vodka, gin, lemon juice, Simple Syrup, egg white and the 5 raspberries; shake well. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the skewered berries.
